The TRIO Student Support Services office and Office of Multicultural Student Services would like to invite you to take part in this exciting leadership series.  The series concludes with the 6th Annual Spring Into Summer Banquet  and the 2nd Annual Minority Students Leadership Banquet.

Don't be made the Fool!
Explore the BASICS of building a professional wardrobe, projecting a confident image, putting a look together, and wearing the right clothes and accessories for interviews and work.
Learn to love the dress code.
The first hour of the workshop is dedicated to women's styles and accessories, such as wearing the correct fitting bra.
The second hour will cover men's dress and grooming, including the importance of a belt at your true waistline.

Lunch will be provided throughout the program. No joke.

Review basic grammar, appropriate sentence structures, formats for professional documents and organizing skills.
Plus, you'll learn some potentially life-changing cyberspace do's and don'ts

Whether you are speaking from the other end of the phone or at the front of room, effective and confident communication skills are a must.
Learn to speak with tact, diplomacy and confidence whether on the phone, giving a presentation or while socializing.
We'll provide insights on how to interact with people of different backgrounds, present yourself in professional settings,
speak professionally on the phone, and give persuasive presentations that people will remember.
